We offer legal consultancy services to entrepreneurs and SME businesses in the United Kingdom. Whilst our founder, Emma Gooding, is a dual-qualified and experienced solicitor (England & Wales & Hong Kong), she chooses to operate The Good Legals Club® as a legal consultancy, not a traditional solicitors’ firm. She (and any other legal consultants engaged by The Good Legals Club) is not a currently practicing solicitor. This model allows The Good Legals Club® to provide high-quality legal services without all the costs of operating a regulated solicitors’ firm, and (importantly) to pass those savings on to our clients.

Although not regulated by the Solicitors’ Regulation Authority, The Good Legals Club® is staffed by qualified and experienced legal professionals, who adhere to the highest professional standards. We carry professional indemnity insurance up to £1 million.
